The infinity pool, steam room and garden, are for the exclusive use of Villa Angelo from the beginning of July to the last weekend in August, giving complete privacy to our guests. Outside of these dates and unless specifically agreed, they are shared with 1 neighbouring property where Ben (the Host) resides with his young family. They will of course give space to anyone renting Villa Angelo and will not use the pool & garden when the guests are using it themselves. Access to the infinity pool, steam room and garden is by a separate entrance from the main street, as the garden sits 2 storeys below the house. This entrance is approximately 20 metres from the front door of Villa Angelo.
7 night minimum throughout the year and all rates include local tourist taxes.
Pool heating (if required and normally only outside of July & August) is charged at an extra 150 euros per week.
Extra services, such as babysitting and a private chef are charged at cost.
Guests are allowed to park 2 cars for free at the top of Motovun, either in the blue boxes on the main road, or in the visitors parking lot beneath the cemetery (between 100m and 500m from the front door and depending on availability). Should you have more than 2 cars, then please let us know in advance and we will try to organise parking for the other vehicles, which will be charged to you at cost. I am afraid guests cannot park next to the property, as local regulations state this is only for permanent residents of the town.
Check-in from 4pm / Check-out by 10am.
No large parties or events without prior agreement.
